How do I return an item?
Return & Refund Policy
At Motorcycle Innovations & Distribution, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so we make our Return/Refund policy very simple:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item(s) to us in NEW condition for a 100% refund on the cost of your item and taxes.
Products must be in the new, un-used condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.
Items listed in the CLEARANCE section are final sale and non-returnable.
Refunds well be issued back on the same credit card used to purchase.
Customer is responsible to return shipping costs.
Free Shipping On Exchanges
If you are exchanging any of our gloves for a different size/model, then we will ship the second item to you with no extra shipping charge and we will pay for return shipping on your original order back to us for exchange (only on regularly priced items - does NOT qualify for sale or clearance items). Motorcycle Innovations will pay for the first size exchange shipping costs..... any subsequent size exchanges after that are the sole responsibility of the customer. Sorry but U.S. and International orders do not qualify for free shipping in this regard. We can only apply our Free Shipping policy, on Canadian orders only.
Used / Damaged / Blemished Merchandise
Any item which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, scratches, smell, pet hair, scuffing, stains, etc) or is in a condition other then it was received cannot be returned, and the customer will be financially responsible, for MCI to return ship back to them, if the item(s) is considered to be in this condition.
No returns or exchanges on:
Batteries, or any "electrical" accessories, unless pre-authorized by Motorcycle Innovations.
Customer is responsible for shipping items back to us and the cost associated with it (except first glove size exchange). All shipments must be made prepaid and shipped via Canada Post, no major courier shipments will be accepted. Packages shipped COD will be rejected. All shipments should be insured and is the sole responsibility of the customer.
International returns must be pre-authorized by Motorcycle Innovations before returning. All return shipping costs, customs, levies will be the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation / Modifications
If you change your mind, act quick! We try and process orders quickly. Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled "In Process". Once an order has been "Shipped" it cannot be cancelled or modified.
You can request a return authorization number (RA#) directly by email, sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, or you may also initiate a return by calling us at (905) 995-3000.
Place all merchandise in a shipping box; you may use the original shipping container. However, please DO NOT use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container. It will arrive damaged and the package will be rejected by us., Returns should be shipped with insurance by Canada Post to:

Please retain your return tracking information. MotorcycleInnovations.ca is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. You will receive a confirmation email from Motorcycle Innovations when your return is processed which will include the full details of the amounts credited.
Most manufacturers offer a warranty period which covers against merchandise defects. To determine warranty requirements , contact us.
Damaged Goods: Please let us know ASAP if any items arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier (Canada Post) and we will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer then any of us would like!
All prices on the website are in Canadian dollars (CAD). When orders process, the currency exchange rate will done at the rate on the date charges are applied to your credit card. Upon credit/refund, the exchange rate will be on the date that transaction is performed.
