Background

I spent eight years running a motorcycle parts retail business in Whitby, Ontario. Small operation — mostly sourcing aftermarket parts for Japanese sport bikes and selling through an online storefront and local swap meets. The business taught me that customers care about two things above all else: does the product work as described, and how fast does it ship. Everything else is secondary.
